Bulley & Andrews, LLC renovated 4 floors of office space for Sun MicroSystems at Two Pierce Place in Itasca, IL. The project included just over 70,000 SF and was conducted in two phases.

A major goal of the space planning concept was to provide “hoteling” facilities for staff members in need of work space but only for short periods of time. As a result, nearly 100% of walled offices were eliminated to provide a more flexible work environment. The overall renovation plan involved demolition of the existing space and construction of new tenant improvements including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, acoustical, low voltage voice/data/security cabling and finishes.
