The new fertility and outpatient clinic at Mac Neal Memorial Hospital encompassed 12,000 SF. In addition to the clinic, the space included an embryology/andrology laboratory, doctors’ offices, examination rooms, exercise facility, locker rooms and classrooms.

Bulley & Andrews, LLC was challenged early in this project when asked to perform the mechanical work on a design/build basis which ultimately yielded $100,000 in savings for the client.
