"Participating in Bulley & Andrews’ internship program gave me the opportunity to apply lessons I was learning in the classroom to real situations in the office and out on the job site. I was given the opportunity to work with a wide-range of Bulley & Andrews’ technical staff, from Project Engineers to Senior Project Managers, on multiple assignments. This gave me practical experience and helped me develop skills that made me more valuable to potential employers after graduation."

Internship & Co-op Programs
In 1995, Bulley & Andrews developed an internship program to assist college students studying in the A/E/C industry.
Students are given an opportunity to earn college tuition while gaining practical, construction, and project management experience. Meanwhile the building industry gains college students with not only book smarts but actual business knowledge and project management skills.
To date, several students from universities throughout the Midwest, including Purdue, Bradley and Northwestern have participated in Bulley & Andrews' internship and co-op programs. Our consistent, managed growth has led us to hire a number of recent graduates and internship participants.
